Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer, I utilized sound pedagogical practices, while incorporating cross-team collaboration to design and develop innovative and interactive courses.

Course Development

In the Instructional Design and Development department at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, I worked closely with the undergraduate program of the Department of Management and Technology in the College of Business as well as the Department of Leadership’s graduate program which is also under the College of Business. Additionally, I also work with the Department of Engineering’s undergraduate program in the College of Aeronautics. Using sound pedagogical practice, while incorporating cross-team collaboration, we maintained, updated, designed and developed over 25 innovative and interactive courses.

Similarly, I was responsible for a set number of courses. This responsibility included keeping the courses maintained, which included making sure links were functional and making minor content modifications such as rewording a question to make it clearer for students or the instructor.

Lastly, I worked on new or update course developments such as Digital Circuit Design Laboratory, Strategic Leadership (Update), Leading Innovation, System Forensics, Investigation, and Response, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning, and Aviation/Aerospace Issues for Information Security.
